Bio/Philosophy

Jaime Pierce, Landscape Architect, established Land Patterns Design in January 2004. She draws upon over twenty-seven years of work experience in the field of landscape architecture. Jaime studied art in Aix en Provence, France, holds a degree in art and graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in Landscape architecture. She is active in the community and was the Horticulture Chair for the Santa Barbara Garden Club of America. Jaime served three years on the Design Review Board for the City of Goleta and four years on The Single Family Design Board for the City of Santa Barbara.

Land Patterns Design Company is committed to transforming outdoor spaces into comfortable living environments by maximizing the potential of the site. A sense of identity is created for the use exterior spaces through careful site analysis, attention to clients needs, creative design process, and implementation of sustainable practices.
